Paul Garceau began his musical career at age 5 studying piano before switching to guitar. While a Jazz Studies major at the University of North  Texas, he won a collegiate Downbeat Award and performed and toured with their  world renowned lab bands.

Upon completion of his Bachelor of Music degree, Paul  settled in Dallas. He began working with a variety of R&B, pop, rock and  jazz bands throughout Texas, the Midwest, Canada, and Mexico. Paul has been a member of local favorites Random Axis, Tocar, The Bill Tillman Band, Tom Braxton and No Compromise and Dallas Brass and Electric.  He also performs with his wife Tish Garceau in their own duo Tish and Paul. He has performed at many venues and events including the Ft Worth Main Street Festival, The Denton Music and Arts Festival, Taste of  Dallas, the Gridiron Show and Artfest. Paul has also shared the stage or opened for such greats as Joe Lavano, Buddy Guy, Chubby Checker, Ambrosia,  Three Dog Night, the Little River Band  and Edgar Winter.

He has taught at the National Guitar Summer  Workshop with some of the Northeast's top teachers and clinicians and continues to teach privately.  Paul also served as guitarist and band leader at  Meadowcreek Community Church of Mesquite from 2000-2004 (now Lakepointe Town East).  Currently residing in  Lewisville with his wife Tish and son Milo, Paul is the proprietor of GuitarToGo, is a part of the Heartland Church Worship Team and maintains a live performance and recording schedule throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth area as well as a teaching position at Brook Mays Music Company in Lewisville, Texas.
